Srinagar, Apr 22 (KNO): Two non-local labourers were shot at on Friday evening in Nowgam area of Srinagar, police said. In a tweet, Kashmir Zone police said that two non-local labourers were fired upon by the militants this evening at Nowgam area of Srinagar. Police said that both the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment while the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers. “#Terrorists fired upon two outside labourers in #Nowgam area, outskirts of #Srinagar City. Both of them have been shifted to hospital. Area #cordoned off, search going on,” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted. Meanwhile, Medical Superintendent of SMHS hospital, Dr. Kanwaljeet Singh told KNO that two persons from West Bengal were brought to the hospital this evening. He said that one among the duo is critical while another is stabled—(KNO)
